My name is Holden Wilson. I am a chef and an amateur history buff from Chicago. This project combines my two greatest passions in life: cooking and history.  This is a study of the history of food and the humans who eat it, tracing the early origins of what we eat, cook, and how it shaped the destiny of our species.
